It has been created by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga teacher and the resident yoga expert at Natural Health Magazine, to strengthen and bring awareness to the inner and outer muscles of the torso, lumbar spine, pelvis, hamstrings and glutei muscles that make up the greater core area.
