More good fun with much second world building

The book follows a strange pace compared to the previous ones, making it somewhat harder to listen to but still as rewarding in the end. And of course there is great skill progression :) If you liked the first parts you still can not go wrong.

First, a lot of Network activities is explained and it feels a lot like adventure society without adventure (no ruins, no mistery just go in an kill things). Not that this is bad but it becomes somewhat slow.. then much changes and the world changes in a pace where longer time periods are skipped or handled rather quickly. Their compound is a good example .. long introduction.. much details.. only for it to be more or less irrelevant in mere chapters. The end is then very much picking up a new pace of "safe the world before the doom" and has some fallout vibes to it which make it very much binge material again.
Overall a little weaker then the other parts but still a good listen. Looking forward to the next.

The speaker ist a marvel as always even though a lot of the characters have similar intonations giving them a certain personality that does not necessarily seem to be wanted. still everyone can be clearly recognized and ist consistent, if you like the general style you will like the performance.

Can't wait for the next one. I love the characters, the world building, the complexity--and the narrator is one of the best!

Sehr nice

Wie die vorherigen Mega gut und in einem Rutsch durch gehört.

Ich empfehle den Autor und den Sprecher in eine arbeitsfreundliche Umgebung zu sperren und sie nie wieder raus zu lassen. Etwas Unethisch aber wenn kümmert das wo bleibt Buch 6.(07.04.2022 15:36)

More of 'this Worlds' Shenanigans with Jason and..

...the Argonauts. I am happily longing to hear about Sarah, Humphrey, Clyde and the Gang on 'other World'. I love the less frequent power lists and the more incorporated narration of changing powers or power effects in the dramatic action. I feared for Asia as I am a Sophie/Jason Longterm shipper and I feel already that other World is more of a Home to Jason than this World.
I think Heath Miller does an awesome job in giving voice to the characters to a degree where I know who is talking before it is stated. As someone who came into this series pureley via audiobook it is a treat.
I love that the characters are stupid for a reason and even the stupid ones are baseline competent. The plot doesn't hinge upon the characters not beeing genre savvy. 6/5 for the entire Series as it is one of the smartes developed Gamelit Isekai Fantasys out there and a great uplift to the genre as a whole in terms of overall quality.
I can't wait to find out whats next.

Quality has unfortunately gone down.

I am a fan of this book and have heard all of the parts so far. And like all the other books also this book has a good story but in comparison with the other books the quality has definitely gone down. Following are my reasons:
Readers of the story will start to notice that the main character repeats his thoughts all over the book which makes some parts of the book lengthy.
Also opponents have become too weak. Silver Ranker feel like iron Ranker from previous titles. This makes fights much less interesting.
Character have become less smart which tells me that the author most likely rushed some parts of the book.

Das vierte Buch war...

um einiges besser, aber das gibt der Geschichte mehr Luft nach oben. Ich bin gespannt wie es weitergeht warte auf Buch 6 Ende Juni.

Lustig und gut durchdacht

Super gesprochen und eine grandiose Story, selbst im 5 Teil wird man immer noch überrascht und es bringt einfach nur Spaß die Geschichte weiter zu verfolgen. Keep up the perfect work.

Fühlt sich anders an als Teil 1-4

Ich liebe diese Geschichte. Teil 5 war bis jetzt das schwächste Buch der Reihe aber trotzdem ein Genuss

Super Serie, aber schlechteste Teil bisher…

Ich bin ein großer Fan der Buchreihe, allerdings war ich etwas enttäuscht von diesem Teil.
Meiner Meinung nach hat sich dieser Teil mehr als ein Lückenfüller und Setup für den nächsten Teil angefühlt als eigene Geschichte.

In der Reihe sind Timeskips nichts Neues aber hier wurden sie viel zu häufig und direkt nach einander verwendet so da man den Faden etwas verloren hat.
